The rooms were really nice and clean, with all the amenities one could need. the hotel restaurants are beautiful and offer great food with a spectacular view, making for an enjoyable dining experience. the swimming pool and steam room were a great way to unwind after a long day.

The staff was not properly trained and service was lacking. We experienced long check-in times and had to wait for our room.

Spent Christmas holidays at a luxurious hotel in the mountains. The buffet offered varied and delicious food and had a huge spread. The staff were very attentive and always ready to please to make our stay the most enjoyable. The rooms were very large, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location of the hotel was optimal and easily accessible to nearby local areas.

Found the lobby to be a bit cold and the hotel décor lacked luxury and warmth. Although the staff were friendly overall, the new members were not fully trained and showed some confusion when dealing with guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Starting with the location, it was excellent, and we could easily access transportation and parking. The exclusive amenities fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool and full body massage were a delight for our relaxation. the restaurant not only provided delicious dinner but also accommodated our special diet menus. the staff was attentive and eager to please, providing in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar.

the pool with view lacked sun loungers and umbrellas, which could have made our sunbathing experience more comfortable.
